Terms and Conditions of Use
DOEDUCAR SOLUTIONS FOR EDUCATION LTDA, a legal entity under private law, headquartered at AVENIDA ANTÔNIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, 3244, SALA 1205 EDIFÍCIO EMPRESARIAL THOMÉ DE SOUZA, CAMINHO DAS ÁRVORES, SALVADOR, BA, CEP 41.820-000, registered with CNPJ under No. 22.645.954/0001-94, the sole and exclusive owner of the applications that make up the UEDU platform, establishes this instrument, called TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE for the USER of the Uedu Learning Game application, according to the conditions described below.
The Uedu Learning Game Application was developed to use reminiscent techniques and assist schools in the students' learning process (“User”). This TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE apply to all services described and offered in the Uedu Learning Game - application.
By these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, the Uedu Learning Game USER is aware and agrees that, when using the application system, they will automatically adhere to and agree to fully submit to the conditions of this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
DOEDUCAR SOLUTIONS FOR EDUCATION LTDA may change, modify and / or adjust these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE at any time, and these changes, modifications and / or adjustments will take effect from the moment they become public. USERS who already have the application installed will be notified of the change by email and message in the application itself. By continuing to use the services after the changes, the USER will be agreeing to the new TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. If the USER does not agree with the changes, the user must stop using and cancel the services, following the instructions in the item “Acquisition and Cancellation Form”.

1. ACQUISITION AND CANCELLATION FORM
The purchase of the Uedu Learning Game product is carried out by schools that contracted the platform. It is up to the school to register users (Students, Teachers and Coordinators). The Uedu Learning Game is of an extracurricular nature and is not mandatory for students of the contracting school. If the USER wishes to cancel his registration, he must contact the contracting school or send an email to thedoeduca.atendimento@gmail.com.
2. UEDU LEARNING GAME ACCOUNT
To access the services of the Uedu Learning Game Application, you must have an account on the Application. Registration is carried out by the school that hired the Uedu Platform.
3. DOEDUCAR'S RESPONSIBILITIES SOLUTIONS FOR EDUCATION
• Keep your portal running so that the Uedu Learning Game is always available for access by USERS.
• Maintain on your SITE, by yourself or by third parties, tools designed to record USER information, especially in relation to registration information and reports
• Full maintenance of the Uedu Learning Game website and application, including all physical and technological structure for the maintenance of the services provided.
• DOEDUCAR SOLUÇÕES PARA EDUCAÇÃO LTDA will make its best efforts to correct any errors in the functioning of its Uedu Learning Game platform, communicating, in that same application and website, its unavailability and expected return after the necessary and essential corrections and / or maintenance .
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
• The User is responsible for keeping his password secure.
• The User declares to have the necessary authorizations for the insertion of data in the Application, being exclusively responsible.
• The acts performed in the application, as well as the performance of activities and score management.
• It is up to the User to take responsibility for the use of their points in exchange for gifts in the Uedu Learning Game.
5. DURATION AND FINISHING
The USER is aware that access to the application is associated with the conditions of the existing contract between the SCHOOL and DOEDUCAR SOLUTIONS FOR EDUCATION. Changes in the contract may result in changes in access to the Uedu Learning Game resources, including the suspension of the USERS registration.
6. UEDU LEARNING GAME PRIVACY POLICY
The Uedu Learning Game provides secure means of Internet browsing, with all data traffic encrypted. We do not disclose USERS 'personal data. We will only have access to your data if you contact us for technical support. Some information is collected by our servers, such as access date and location information, email from your Uedu Learning Game account, among others. The Uedu Learning Game may also use other technologies to collect information during the use of the Application, in order to improve the browsing experience and solve any flaws.
Thus, the USER is aware of the information collected by the Application and expresses free, express and informed consent in relation to such procedures. The information collected is treated by Uedu Learning Game as confidential, and any employee or service provider who contacts them will undertake not to distort its use, as well as not to use it in a way that is different from the terms of this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
8. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
The information collected will be used for the normal operation of the Application, to maintain and improve it. 9. COMUNICATION
The USER hereby authorizes the Uedu Learning Game to use as a means of communication, in addition to the tools of the Uedu Learning Game itself, other channels such as telephone, email, SMS and correspondence for transactional activities, such as registration notice, password changes , notice of features added or changed in new versions and other information useful to the USER.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The elements and tools of the Application are owned or licensed by DOEDUCAR SOLUÇÕES PARA EDUCAÇÃO LTDA, under the terms of the current legislation. The use of any element or tool of the Site or the Application can only be done with our written agreement.
11. JURISDICTION AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Any existing controversies in relation to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, when using the Uedu Learning Game Application, will be resolved between the User and Doeducar Soluções para Educação Ltda in the Forum of the District of Salvador / Ba. We may not require the User to comply with any clause, which will not represent a waiver of right or clause. If any item of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE is declared null or not applicable, the other terms will continue to apply and will remain in force and effect.
